Hi, I'm Liz.

A life + leadership + story coach, dedicated to creating BRAVE spaces to help you own your story – to do the internal work – so that you can transform and lead your life with courage.

COURAGEOUS FEATS IS DEVOTED TO HELPING YOU IN YOUR SELF-EVOLUTION: TO OWN YOUR VULNERABLE AND AUTHENTIC STORIES, CELEBRATE THE LESSONS LEARNED FROM MISTAKES, AND CONFIDENTLY TAKE ACTION TO CREATE THE STORY THAT YOU WANT FOR YOURSELF

YOU ARE A LEADER

Some of us have big fancy leadership titles, but even those of us without a fancy title are leaders too. You are the leader of your life; you are the author of your story.

It's time to take control of your story:

Stop telling should stories (I should go back to school…I should follow a certain career path…I should do what 'so-n-so' wants me to do…I should fill in the blank)

And instead, courageously OWN your vulnerable and authentic stories, celebrate the lessons learned from mistakes, and confidently take action to create the story that YOU want for yourself

Because, in the words of one of my SHEroes, Dr. Brené Brown…

"Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we willl ever do."

"Liz is the embodiment of vulnerability and authenticity. She approaches her work with a warmth and humility that is rarely present in a professional setting. Liz's workshops make me feel like I'm learning from an old friend – an old friend who knows how to push me into discomfort, to challenge my perceptions, and to bring about insight and clarity to my practice. Liz's coaching has helped me envision my best self and take the steps necessary to see that vision realized. I now have the skills to build stronger relationships with my colleagues and to "live in beta" by constantly reflecting upon and improving my craft."
